VeronCia Daffin is the new Workforce Coordinator for Detroit PAL. She is tasked with creating a high quality Sports and Entertainment Workforce Development program for young adult workers, ages 18-35, in various career pathways.

VeronCia joins Detroit PAL with 30 years of experience in the Human Service field, specializing in program development and implementation. She has 13 years of experience specifically working in Workforce Development. VeronCia has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Wayne State University and a Masters in HR from Central Michigan University.

VeronCia comes from a sports background, having been a cheerleader for Oak Park High School and a Track All-State Champion. Her interests include cheerleading, camping, cooking, traveling, entertaining family and friends, and helping others achieve their God-given potential. VeronCia is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Soroity, Inc., an international organization committed to public service.
