5, 6, 7, 8! Choose the best Cheer program for you! Football Cheer, in conjunction with our Football program, is for athletes ages 5-14. Rec. Cheer is for athletes ages 7-14 that are new to the cheer world. Mighty Cheer is for athletes ages 4-7 that are brand new to cheerleading. We also facilitate a school cheer program for athletes in 4th-8th grade.

Shoot hoops with Detroit PAL! Our popular Little Hoopers program for youth ages 4-8 runs in Fall & Winter. We facilitate School Basketball Leagues for Boys & Girls in grades 1st-8th. We also host our recreational Hoopin’ with Cops program for males ages 11–17, creating a positive space for youth to connect with law enforcement through the game of basketball.
