KT3_8018

Each year, Detroit PAL selects a deserving youth to be the ambassador for the 13,000 youth that we serve annually!

Caidon Hailburton was named 2017 Youth of the Year during our 8th Annual MVP Awards Dinner in March. Read more about him and his participation with Detroit PAL here.

YOUTH VOICE COUNCIL

Mission and Purpose: The Detroit PAL Youth Voice Council will represent the 13,000 kids we serve annually. Participants will use their voice and experience to learn, advise, encourage and engage current and future PAL kids and families. A group of former and current Detroit PAL participants ages 13 to 18 will come together to make a positive impact in their community.

More information will be added as the council develops.

TEAM UP

The Team Up Program is a collaborative effort between Detroit PAL and the Detroit Police Department. For the Team Up Program, Detroit police officers are trained and matched with our sport teams, during their season, to serve as mentors for our young athletes. Read more about the Team Up Program here.

More information coming soon.
