2024 FOOTBALL CHEER SEASON
Detroit PAL’s Cheer season in conjunction with our football organizations is for girls ages 5-14. This season runs from June – October with practices 3-4 times per week.

2024 MIGHTY CHEER PROGRAM
Our Mighty Cheer program is an introduction to the sport of Cheer for athletes ages 4-7. Athletes will learn the fundamentals, such as jumps, arm motions, beginner tumbling and stunting.
