Days/Times: Thursdays and Fridays, 6-8 PM

– Friday: Ages 11-14
Location: Heilmann Recreation Center, 19601 Crusade St, Detroit, MI 48205
Cost: $40 for the full camp or $10 per drop-in session
Focus: Light conditioning and volleyball fundamentals
Travel (AAU) Volleyball
The Travel (AAU) Volleyball program at Detroit PAL is for girls ages 11-16. The season is approximately 6 months long (December 2023-June 2024). Can have up to 2 tournaments per month during this time period. Parents are responsible for registration, payment, transportation to and from practices/games, and out of state travel expenses.
Our mission is “Helping youth find their GREATness.”, to us that means creating a safe and fun learning experience on and off the court. We strive to give your child an experience that they will never forget and give them tools to achieve their life aspirations through the sport of volleyball.

These programs are perfect for young players (ages 7-13) looking to improve their volleyball fundamentals, conditioning, and game readiness. Whether they’re just getting started or preparing for middle school or AAU season, we’d love to help them reach their goals.
